We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment in full may be required at the time of booking depending on the selected rate plan. All rates are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of payment and are subject to your bank or card provider's applicable fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and are clearly displayed at the time of booking. The following general terms apply:

• Flexible rates: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Non-refundable rates: No refund is applicable upon cancellation or no-show.
• Partial stays: Early departures may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to one night's accommodation.
• Group bookings (5 or more rooms): Separate cancellation terms apply and will be provided at the time of group reservation.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not notified us in advance, your reservation may be cancelled and a no-show charge equivalent to the first night's rate will be applied to the payment method on file.

6. Modifications to Reservations

Reservation modifications, including changes to dates or room type, are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. Please contact our reservations team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to request any changes.

7. Special Requests

Special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements, celebration arrangements, or accessibility needs can be made at the time of booking or by contacting our concierge team. While we make every effort to accommodate all requests, they cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the reservation contract.

8. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, room, or its contents during their stay. Wess Hospitality reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any such damage. We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay unless caused by our negligence.

9. Force Majeure

Wess Hospitality shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under a reservation where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with affected guests to find a suitable alternative or provide a credit for a future stay.
